At Shaheen Archery Store, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products once an order has been confirmed.

1. No Refunds

Payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable, including cases where a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong product, or no longer requires the item.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If an item is received damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, the customer should contact Shaheen Archery Store promptly with the order details and clear photographs or videos of the issue.

Such cases will be reviewed and, where applicable, handled under our Warranty Policy or through an appropriate replacement or resolution.

3. Special & Imported Orders

Special-order, customized, and imported products are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order has been confirmed or procurement has started.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
